This is a modification of the Chernarus Map for Arma II. I made this for DayZ a while back and now I've updated it, I thought I'd upload it. It's a bit hax relative to how you're meant to play the game, but I really got frustrated so I did this to put in my Steam overlay. The main feature is the list of locations where you can look up the Russian name from any sign you find in the game. This saved me searching the entire map for the Russian name. Now it's a list!
As much as the game is a really good zombie sim, it's also quite boring wondering aimlessly in empty fields. It's much better to know where you are (especially when you haven't found a map or GPS).
There are notes on the bottom right of the map, which should be checked out. It mentions how I did not utilise the coordinate system used in the game because the gridlines would be too dense. I suppose I could have just not have as many increments. This is only good if all your mates use the same map so you have the same referencing system.
There are a few maps like this but I couldn't find any when I started playing.
This map is also the right aspect ratio for A series paper. If you print it, I suggest the minimum size to be A3.
